Async tips
Asynchronous online communication can feel overwhelming and draining. At the same time, we encourage EAR members to show up as themselves. In async contexts at EAR, we suggest the following reminders:
- Be you
- Pick your channel and audience wisely
- Put key details front and center
- Include links
- Tag specific people
- Include context
- Ask for help
- Keep it brief
