Operating model agreement

The EAR operating model is made up of five core functions.

  • Project committee: Policy and project governance, including accountability to the project's parent organization, the Raft Foundation.
  • Steering: Outside and future awareness, strategic development, and prioritization. All EAR members are welcome to participate in steering if so inclined.
  • Operations and member services: Inside and now enablemenet, meeting member needs and providing participation pathways and support.
  • Communications: Internal and external strategic communications to keep members and the broader EAR community informed.
  • Research & innovation: Action research programming in partnership with public interest internet ecosystem institutions and end-users.
