Membership agreement

Expectations for members

EAR members are expected to agree to the EAR charter, abide by the EAR code of conduct, and participate in good faith. We all experience life differently, and seasons come and go. Member ability to contribute may ebb and flow as seasons change. It’s OK to hang back and observe to find the right thing to contribute to. It’s encouraged to get involved in small ways, engage in discussion, and learn from and with your peers.

Leaving EAR

It’s equally important to feel comfortable stepping away if that’s what’s best for you. If you have made commitments to one or more working groups, please notify your group or [email address] if you intend to step away. We welcome members participating as they are able, even if it’s for a limited amount of time.
