Member services agreement
Member services at EAR exist to provide a hospitable environment to EAR members, and to help people working on EAR programs get things done.
Services work with the steering group to execute policy ratified by the project committee , supporting members in the facilitation of programs, and by extension the EAR community.
Member services teams
Every Service maintains:
- A support channel available for questions, requests, and support
- One or more guide(s) that outline how to use or engage with the service
- Stewards who are responsible for service quality and delivery
